Senior Mastering engineer
RANDY LEROY JOINS AIRSHOW from Nashville, where he spent thirty years as an engineer. After leaving the Recording Industry Management program at Middle Tennessee Sate University, Randy began working for CBS Records as an A&R Coordinator. His switch into engineering brought him to Masterfonics where his position as assistant to Glenn Meadows gave him the analog and digital mastering skills that he has continued to refine for the last two decades. In 1991 Randy departed Masterfonics to start Final Stage Mastering, where he served as chief engineer and manager until his departure for Airshow’s Takoma Park studios in 2010.
